Floor Screed
We offer a 4:1 sand/cement floor screed with polypropylene fibres.
We always recommend that you get a professional screed layer when using this product. If you do not use a reputable screed layer, unfortunately, we cannot offer our usual guarantee on this product as we know the skill involved in getting it right.
Screed is normally used for house or office with or without underfloor heating. Always check with your underfloor heating supplier for their recommendation.

Screed has great thermal performance meaning that the efficiency of a heat source is improved. As screed is installed to a much thinner depth than traditional concrete, more sub screed insulation can be used offering the ultimate levels of comfort and control for any underfloor heating system, whilst minimising environmental impact and cost.
